Here are the Happenings from the Lancaster Project Site

Project Update - July 21, 2025

Construction at 800 South Queen Street in Lancaster is moving swiftly. The site is bustling with workers progressing on the mixed-use development. Currently, 50% of the first-floor exterior framing is complete, with sheathing to begin soon. Interior wall layouts are underway to match the design plans.

Underground utility work is also advancing, with the protective duct bank for electrical and communication cables 80% complete. Stair Tower B is now operational, allowing access to the second floor, while Towers A and C and the north elevator shaft are in progress. Steel erection for the second floor will resume after PPL relocates nearby power lines for safety.

Sitework includes excavation for a stormwater pond to manage runoff and prevent flooding, with installation of panels, piping, and inlet/outlet structures underway.

The project is rapidly advancing and contributing to the revitalization of the Lancaster City neighborhood.
